Couldn’t ask for a nicer end of a Monday. Ok, the picture is of the bar but I like this bar. 🙂 and I’d feel weird taking a picture of Jill on my phone. Plenty of pictures will be available soon in my soon-to-be-open music related website. If I ever make one. 🙂

YEAH!!!! He’s coming back to Cali. Three shows I can go see. And a fourth I can wrangle over.
Dunno if anyone noticed (since my site isn’t all that popular. fine by me. those that care, I say) but I’ve added an MP3 on the right side of the homepage. I’ll be putting songs I love and enjoy over there. I’m gonna update it so that you can go back and hear past songs (Macromedia Flash will be required) soon, but for now, enjoy Peter singing a Townes Van Zandt song. I discovered this song by listening to Nancy Griffith. She’s got a great story about this song. I’ll see if I can find it amongst my many recordings of her shows.
And please, do yourself a favor, go see him. He’s a local Milwaukee artist and is amazing, funny, friendly, etc.

Inspired by a posting I discovered over here…
- Dee Dee Works Matt – Soundtrack – The Opposite of Sex
- Mat – Attention Deficit
- (My Vacation) At The Laundry Mat – Robert Tye (I love song title #7)
- All Night Laundry Mat Blues – Joe Walsh
- Laundry Mat Blues – Freddie Roulette (did this guy cover Joe?)
- Congratulations Matt And Christine – Living Tomorrow Today: Benefit For Ty Cambra (song title #2 makes me chuckle – memories of highschool)
And why must it always be the laundry mat. I have in-unit laundry now. <ttthhhpppptttt> Why can’t someone write a song about a doormat, or a matte painting, or a matte finish. 🙂
If you are around these dates/places, go see this guy. He’s a local-Milwaukee artist. You won’t be disappointed. Especially if it’s listed as a Redbird show.

The theme song for this tv show is written by one of my favorite bands!!!! Eddie From Ohio (the best band you’ve never heard of).
Go to the link below and click the free preview link for Episode 1. And GO SEE THEM if you get a chance. You won’t be disappointed. They are GREAT live. I mean it. YOU MUST GO SEE THEM. If I have to go to each and every one of your domiciles and drag you, I WILL. Don’t tempt me. <grin>
Not only is this a cool thing to get but the webpage isn’t using any pictures. Just CSS to layout the look. Nice job!!!
Let’s not forget Milwaukee
- One of the best…
- A MUST see if you have a chance – GREAT guy and lives right around the corner from where I was born 🙂
- Another MUST see though I’ve never met him.
… is the best!!!!
GET BACK TO WORK!!!! 🙂
still here …
… but busy or not very “bloggy”. Way behind on my reading. Should be more chatty soon. Here are some links to keep you busy …
- Firefox 0.9.2 – don’t let the version number scare ya. it’s 1000% better than Internet Exploder
- Thunderbird 0.7.2
- For people who make websites …
- See this band!!!!!
- TMBG’s new album “The Spine” is out July 13
My second favorite commercial at the moment. When this campaign started, there was a longer version where they bald guy did more dancing. I want to be like him. 🙂
Can anyone tell me where I can get that song?? PLEASE??!??!?
Update: Apparently it’s “We Like to Party” by the Vengaboys. must download that song!
