The ducks are back
Paraphrasing Scotty from Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home… “There be ducks here”. FINALLY got my car washed at the car wash where the horrible incident with the asshole who killed some ducks. I was very happy to see that there are ducks there again.

I’m a Seti@Home devotee and I’m geeking out on being about to push into the 4-digit long ranking among the ENTIRE collection of users. I’m already, as of this post, #89 on the list for my “registration class”. about a year ago, I was over #200. I LOVE having fast computers available to me. As soon as I get my new computer at home and one at work, boy am I gonna chug through the workunits.

Day One
Now, where could I put this in my apartment…. hmmm…. next to my 65″ widescreen HDTV would probably be a little ostentatious. Hmmm. The kitchen is toooo obvious, and where would I keep my champagne fountain? I could put it in my bedroom, buy a wood-pizza “spatula” and never have to leave my bed. Nah. Don’t wanna end up like this. <sigh>
I guess I’ll just have to pass. <sniff>
